Using the Rectangle tool, make a rectangle. Apply Charcoal brush as the stroke.
Draw the shape of the shoe with the Pen tool.
Apply Charcoal Smooth brush stroke to it.
With the Pen tool make the shape of a bow on the toe area. Apply Decorative Border of Gemstones to it.
For the soles, draw black filled rectangles using the Pen tool.
Make a new layer and drop it below the shoe layer. Lock the shoe layer and the background layer. Using the Pen tool, make the inside shape of the shoe loosely.
To add design to the heel and to add the name brand.
To bring more appeal, add a brown colour rectangle with rough brush stroke. And its finished!
